Sandra Lamontagne, CMH, COS

Sandra, the founder of AHNE, has been in the property management field for over 20 years. She also owns and manages a successful flooring company in addition to owning several rental units of her own. Sandra also has extensive knowledge of creating budgets and managing financials. Her wealth of knowledge in the fields of property management, financial management and construction make her a natural choice for you complete property management needs.

Sandra is a Certified Manager of Housing (CMH), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), and has extensive training in advanced HUD and Rural Development Issues as well as Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance - TaCCs.

Ingrid Davis, COS

Ingrid has been a part of the AHNE team for 4 years. Ingrid specializes in tenant relations and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist. She has attended numerous trainings and seminars that have broadened her knowledge in property management. She has spent many years in customer service. Her tremendous level of professionalism and concern for the tenants gives her the ability to problem solve, multi task and provide the best possible service that our tenants have come to expect.

Sarah Oakes, Property Manager

Sarah Oakes started with Affordable Housing of New England as an Administrative Assistant in the spring of 2010, and was promoted to property manager in 2011. Her careers prior to centered in customer service; from everyday banking to personal lines insurance. She prides herself on her attention to detail and enjoys continuing to grow with Affordable Housing of New England.

Allyson Collins, Administrative Assistant

Allyson is the newest addition to the AHNE Team. She specializes in creative marketing/advertising projects, website management, support research, application procedures to fill vacancies and has 20+ years in customer service. She also provides administrative support to property managers while ensuring that business operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.

Evelyn Louise Lamontagne, Golden Retriever

Most likely the cutest staff member that can get away with not having to bathe every day. She has earned the right to lay around all day (under any desk) without getting fired, to put her head in your lap and not be charged with harassment and is always excited to see the same people every single day. Evelyn is living proof that puppy love can last forever.
